Before you contact us please take the following steps:
- uninstall the app
- restart your device (that’s important)
- install INTŮ again and log in

This procedure solves 67,34% of all technical problems 🙂

Useful details are:
- The operating system of your device (iOS or Android)
- How you log in (Facebook, Google+ or maybe oldschool e-mail & password)
- Description of what exactly is happening and when
- Screenshots and/or screen recordings
- your e-mail address connected to the app; you’ll find it in My Account section, available from the Main Menu on the welcome screen.
