I got some technical issue

Before you contact us please take the following steps:

  1. uninstall the app
  2. restart your device (that’s important)
  3. install INTŮ again and log in
        (how to log in?)

This procedure solves 67,34% of all technical problems 🙂

If this does not help, please e-mail us at help@intuyourself.com and describe your problem. The more details you provide, the faster we solve it.


Useful details are:

  • The operating system of your device (iOS or Android)
  • How you log in (Facebook, Google+ or maybe oldschool e-mail & password)
  • Description of what exactly is happening and when
  • Screenshots and/or screen recordings
  • your e-mail address connected to the app; you’ll find it in My Account section, available from the Main Menu on the welcome screen.
