- Don’t worry, we got you covered 🙂 If you had an account with INTU – it certainly did not dissapear. You just need to log in the same way you did before.
- Check whether you are logged in properly. INTU does not require logging in for first couple of days of using, so if you have re-installed the app and did not log in – it will treat you as a new user. In order to log in, go to the main menu (top left corner on the main screen) and choose: Log in.
- There are 3 ways to log in: with Facebook, Google+ or e-mail and password. Note for Gmail users: logging in with e-mail and password is different from logging in with Google+, so you may want to try both options 🙂 If password recovery says that there is no such e-mail, than opt for Google+.
- Please go to “My account” section in the main menu. There you will see basic information about your account and subscription.
