I changed my phone and/or lost progress

  1. Don’t worry, we got you covered 🙂 If you had an account with INTU – it certainly did not dissapear. You just need to log in the same way you did before.
  2. Check whether you are logged in properly. INTU does not require logging in for first couple of days of using, so if you have re-installed the app and did not log in – it will treat you as a new user. In order to log in, go to the main menu (top left corner on the main screen) and choose: Log in.
  3. There are 3 ways to log in: with Facebook, Google+ or e-mail and password. Note for Gmail users: logging in with e-mail and password is different from logging in with Google+, so you may want to try both options 🙂 If password recovery says that there is no such e-mail, than opt for Google+.
  4. Please go to “My account” section in the main menu. There you will see basic information about your account and subscription.
  5. If this does not help – please contact us and tell us what exactly is happening.
