Today, as part of a weekend break – a poem I wrote after the course of breathing and meditation co-conducted in January 2020. I still remember this moment of internal embeddedness, the sense of a kind of serendipity: accepting amazement at what is happening, what was happening. The feeling “is exactly, to the letter, as it is meant to be”.
I still remember my dance in the living room …
I wish you such experiences. Do you have them sometimes?
they softly bathe rare thoughts
obviousness freezes the moment
in the smile of closed eyes
a dance of gratitude on waves of opposites
don’t move even an inch
you already arrived
PS. The last phrase about “inches” was taken from Sri Sri Tak Shankar, the founder of Art of Living.
