I have a problem regarding subscription or payment

If there is something wrong with your subscription or payment – please e-mail us at payments@intuyourself.com and we’ll be more than happy to clarify this.


Please include:

  • your e-mail address connected with INTŮ
  • any proofs of purchase you have


If you are an iOS user, you may want to attach a screenshot from Subscriptions:

  • Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  • Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap INTŮ.


If you use Android, then it’s best if you send us your transaction ID.
It starts with GPA and looks like this: GPA.1234-5678-9000-0000
