- any proofs of purchase you have
If you are an iOS user, you may want to attach a screenshot from Subscriptions:
- Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap INTŮ.
If you use Android, then it’s best if you send us your transaction ID.
